Limpopo-Lipadi Game and Wilderness Reserve

It is a unique opportunity to partly own an exclusive 32500 Ha game and wilderness reserve in Botswana (Western Tuli-Block), one of the most economically, politically and socially stable democracies in the world.  Please read our latest updates (FaceBook) at the bottom of this page.

Limpopo-Lipadi is targeted at people not only passionate about the African bush, but who also want to be part of conservation efforts without necessarily having to deal with the day-to-day operational challenges facing game reserve owners. At the same time however, shareholders are welcome to be part of the decision-making process in the management of the Reserve (fauna & flora) and/or in the social responsibility program, if they so wish.  As an investor in Botswana, you are moreover entitled to apply for permanent residence.
The land in the Tuli area is freehold (vs. 97% of Botswana being tribal land), making this one of the few areas in Botswana where privately owned land is available for development as game reserves subject to Botswana Government approval.  Of special significance in terms of this project is that Land Act and Ministerial approval and participation has been granted and the development therefore has received the full support of the Botswana Government.  Eastward expansion is planned to join the future trans-frontier park (Botswana – Zimbabwe – South Africa), which will then undoubtedly rival with the better known but not necessarily better managed Kruger Park in South Africa …

The leopard below, like the one in the banner picture above, are one of our big cats.  Leopards are generally included in game count, but we estimate we have 20 to 30 leopards, whereas we only have 3 to 6 cheetahs.
