NXL3: QuickProp "VC++" Neural Library (BETA)

This library is functionally exactly identical to NXL2 written in C, hence no need to repeat the DLL content here. For details, please consult the NXL2 page. This NXL3 version has been rewritten in VC++ (VC 2005) for scalability, and a VC++ test container is also available. It includes the class header file and the LIB file. Please note that a DEF file has been also used in order to export "unmangled" function names.

This beta 1 version has no limitations but is time limited.

Note: This C++ implementation now also has a static counter member to identify your neural nets in multi-nets environments.
